It was a great - comfortable and convenient. Close to the FirstMerit event center. Would stay again.

Liked: Very clean. Friendly and courteous staff. Restaurant attached to hotel. Comfortable beds.
Disliked: Slow elevator; small bathrooms.

Very disappointed.

Liked: The people at the main desk were nice.
Disliked: The bed, the filthy disgusting room, and the toilet that ran half the night. Throw in the fact that the restaurant was closed and I was pretty disappointed. The little “ottoman” that they keep tucked under the nightstand had popcorn kernels, fingernail clippings, and about 6 months worth of dust and debris under and behind it. That made me wonder how poorly everything else was cleaned.
