Liked: Staff was amazingly friendly and helpful
Disliked: I upgraded to a suite on Booking.com because my 22 year old son was staying with me. When I arrived at the property, it was partially under construction and there were no suites available. I was given a room with double beds. Neither Booking nor the Sheraton was willing to refund the extra price that I paid to upgrade to a suite. So Booking.com promised something that the Sheraton couldn’t deliver on — and I got stuck with the bill. Poor service and customer value by both the Sheraton (a Marriott Bonvoy property) and Booking.com

Great comfortable convenient

Liked: Great spacious room, comfortable bed, good facilities.
Disliked: No windows in the breakfast room

Liked: The staff was really super! I wish I got the desk clerks name, she was absolutely wonderful! Definitely an asset to your establishment! The hotel overall was lovely! We utilized the shuttle to the airport and that was so helpful for us!
Disliked: Nope, our stay was 10/10

Liked: The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet price was reasonable, and the food was extremely delicious.
Disliked: The pool area was very dark and gloomy. Definitely could use a new paint job to the pool and area.It also doesn't have a lift chair for people with disabilities nor did it have a hot tub
