Staff is trying hard!

Liked: Friendly staff, quiet enough to sleep
Disliked: We could see homeless people unattended to beside the adjacent building. We also asked for a can opener for tomato juice and there was none, and since they said this was a frequent request, it would be great to make that simple request come true for future patrons! There were also no towels in the pool area when we got in the pool at 8 pm

Disappointing

Disliked: Breakfast was very disappointing. I ordered eggs Benedict and it was inedible. The sauce was gooey and obviously from a package. The egg was over cooked. The muffin was soggy. The bacon was tasteless and the spinach was compost. Just awful.
