A comfortable stay

Liked: The hotel room was cleaned to a high standard. We enjoyed the pool facilities and use of complimentary pool towels. The bed in the room was very big and comfortable and the air conditioning was quiet.The location is a bit out of the centre but it is convenient as there is a pharmacy and OXXO shop next door.
Disliked: Would have preferred to stay closer to the centre of Puebla as it was about 20 minutes by Uber, but we did not find it difficult to get transport.

Disliked: The air conditioner was not working they changed us three times and non of those work, they didn't offer a discount or nothing, bas experience, breakfast is not worth it..

Liked: The staff is good and efficiency. The breakfast with little options but delicious. The bed is really comfort.
Disliked: The toiletries made the skin and hair really dry and a bug appear in the sewers.
