Disappointing,

Liked: The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The ice machine in the hallway just outside the room makes noises all night and day. sounds like someone is in the hallway. We were awakened by the fire alarm going off at 7:00 am on New Years Day! We were not told it was a false alarm until we went down to the lobby. Then it went off again 1 hour later. I realize it was not in your control but I think there should be some compensation made, ie. a coupon or offer for a discount for a future stay. The bar soap in the bathroom is horrible, totally dries out your skin, maybe consider offering a facial make up remover wipe.

Liked: The gentleman at the desk was very friendly, helped with parking and plugging in our car which had sat at the airport for a week at -33! He was very reassuring about where to park and plug in the car.
