Attended the concert the night prior so I was not in the mood to be woken up at 8:00 in the morning by a cleaning lady entering our room.

Liked: The room was decent.
Disliked: Was not in the mood to be woken up at 8:00 in the morning because a cleaning lady let herself in.

Liked: Love the gym, courtyard and outside space with fireplaces, Boston Pizza inside. Stylish space and rooms. Great location close to waterfront, under the bridge, Canatara Beach, restaurants and pubs, Golf and Casino. Great staff, easy peasy check in and check out. Deluxe rooms will be my go to next time. Lots of parking front and rear. Bike-friendly area. Cheers!
Disliked: There were visible signs of dirty floors in the bathroom and no bathroom fan so it got humid with hot showers. I noticed little unfinished things... touch-ups, drywall chipped, mud around light fixtures, grout/caulking on tile etc but understandable with new construction. My guess is all will be sorted and finished soon.✅️

Liked: Front desk staff.were exceptionally helpful.Arrived early but was checked in immediately, cheerfully.Forgot my phone charger when I checked out but they saved it for me and returned it when I went back to check.
Disliked: I was happy with the place.

Liked: The staff was incredibly friendly, very accommodating. The place was extremely clean.
Disliked: The beds are very uncomfortable. Our backs hurt so bad after staying a couple nights unfortunately won’t be able to go back there because the beds are too soft. We really like the property, but cannot sleep in their beds.

Liked: Staff friendliness, quality breakfast, great variety of food choice, nice weight room with a greenspace view , comfortable beds, nice pool area. Good value.
Disliked: Overpowering smell of air freshener in the lobby and after our room was cleaned. There was no way to open a window to air out our room. This was a huge issue for us as I am a migraine sufferer. No monitoring of hallways, group of unsupervised kids hanging around our door for two days . Very loud. When multiple families with kids book together, the hotel should make an effort to put them apart from business travellers or couples traveling without children so that everyone has an opportunity to enjoy their stay. Or... Monitor the hallways so disruptive behavior doesn't bother the other guests.
