Four Points by Sheraton Point Edward Sarnia

Attended the concert the night prior so I was not in the mood to be woken up at 8:00 in the morning by a cleaning lady entering our room.

Liked: The room was decent.
Disliked: Was not in the mood to be woken up at 8:00 in the morning because a cleaning lady let herself in.

Not good for the money

Disliked: No Breakfast options

Liked: Clean, comfortable and attractive.

Liked: Perfectly positioned for a stay before crossing into USA.
Disliked: On arrival, was given a breakfast voucher for one guest. When I queried that, as there were two guests, I was told the booking had been made for two guests and one breakfast. I have since gone through the motions of making another booking with this hotel (not completed) and could not replicate this. Easy enough to pay for another breakfast but it cannot be right.

Excellent place to stay.verify if...

Liked: Superbly clean and updated.
Disliked: Reserved room that included breakfast, yet when checking in, booking.com no longer had it listed in their records as including breakfast. Management would not honor it after calling booking.com. I only reserve at places with breakfast included.

Good Location and Staff but...

Disliked: I was given a room next to elevator which was very loudElevator did not work which OUT OF ORDER Meant walk to other elevator (further away) Room was clean and fine but Key cards did not work well at all . Over 6-7 times each time to work Ice Maker did not work OUT OF ORDER Lacked the value for comparable properties on the exact same street and they include breakfast
