Liked: We love the rooms and staff is very nice. We especially like room 203 because it has a wonderful view of the pond.

Horrible experience

Liked: Hard to say good things
Disliked: They got me out of my bed because they screwed up the registration on their end. So ridiculous that I woke up and went to the registration desk so they can fix what they did wrong in the first place
