Disliked: The lady at the desk told me I had to take a different room because what I paid for weeks ago wasn't available and she said there's nothing I can do...that's so rude, you gave away my room then did nothing to make it ok that I'd want to settle for it...just kept saying nothing I can do...i will never go there again...and it was a special evening for me and my husband and the vibe was ruined

Liked: Was not advised upon check in that the room would not be serviced unless requested. Had to take "small" towels from the gym since the front desk did not have any replacement towels when requested. Have stayed at this facility at least 5 times in last two years. Will probably look for another hotel when visiting Philadelphia in the future.
Disliked: See previous statement with regards to room service.
