The hotel was great. Very friendly people; comfy room; great view and walking distance to the venue. The only bummer was you had to pay quite a bit for parking in addition to the cost of the hotel.
Liked: Close to the venue; nice room; polite staff.
Disliked: A bit pricey for parking.

The hotel was very nice. The room was tiny, but very clean and nicely laid out. However, by no fault of Four Points, when we checked in we were told we had a reserved room, but the credit card used to pay was denied! I had to give them my credit card which they swiped for the room and I had a pending charge of 195 dollars on. I called your customer support line and spent half an hour stressed out about why I had to use my card after my card was charged in February. I was told everything was taken care of - now I'm just waiting to get my credit card statement to see if I'm going to be charged twice.

My time here was ok....
Disliked: I didn?t like the fact that there was no microwave. Instead of the tea and coffee maker I would have appreciated a microwave. I also couldn?t turn in the guide for the tv. I also didn?t realize they charge $50 extra dollars. This was my first time booking a hotel so I wish I would have known that.

Liked: THE STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND DRESSED NICE, THE LOCATION WAS GREAT, DID NOT HAVE A VERY BIG LOBBY BUT VERY NICELY DECORATED. THE ROOM AND BATHROOM WERE SPECIOUS, BED AND PILLOWS COMFORTABLE, THE VIEWS FROM MY ROOM ON THE 8TH FLOOR WERE EXCELLENT. RESTAURANTS ARE WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE FROM THE HOTEL.
Disliked: THE HOTEL DID NOT HAVE FREE PARKING, DID NOT OFFER FREE BREAKFAST, THEY DID HAVE FREE COFFEE AT THE LOBBY (IT WAS GOOD). THE STAFF DID NOT OFFER PARKING SUGGESTIONS BESIDES THE ONE INFRONT OF THEM WHICH COST 39.00 PER NIGHT, THE WEBSITE STATED 29.00 DOLLARS PER NIGHT AND THAT IS NOT ACCURATE. WE DROVE AROUND UNTIL WE FOUND ONE AT 19.00 DOLLARS IN A GARAGE IN DOWNTOWN, IT WAS A 10 MINUTE WALK BACK TO THE HOTEL, IT WAS A LITTLE SCARY SINCE THERE IS AN AREA UNDER AN OVER PATH WE HAD TO WALK THROUGH AND IT WAS FILLED WITH HOMELESS PEOPLE, THIS WAS AROUND 6:30 PM. NO POOL, WHICH WE WOULD HAVE LOVED AN INSIDE POOL OR HOT TUB. WEIGHT ROOM WAS VERY TINY. THE SHOWER IN THE BATHROOM LEAKED WATER OUTSIDE THE WALKING SHOWER TO THE FLOOR, IT DID NOT CLOSE RIGHT, WE HAD TO TOWELS ON THE FLOOR SO WE DONT SLIP, ALL THE GARBAGE CANS IN THE ROOM DID NOT HAVE ANY BAGS. I DID INFORMED THIS TO THE FRONT DEST WHEN I WAS CHECKING OUT. FOR THE LACK OF AMENITIES THE HOTEL WAS TOO EXPENSIVE.
