Four Points By Sheraton Philadelphia Airport

Room was a good size; clean but lamp did not work, clock was broken and toilet did not flush properly.

Liked: Room size was good.
Disliked: Several things in room did not work properly.

Wouldn’t come again.

Disliked: The security protocols when it comes to breakins were unacceptable. My boyfriend’s car got stolen and there was no cameras and everybody was acting suspicious when asked about it.

Liked: I didn’t like anything they overbooked and didn’t accommodate me so i had to go somewhere else

Good value and clean room....

Liked: Good value and near the airport. Room was clean and bed comfortable.
Disliked: Reception enployees during our two nights were completely off. They didn’t seem to care and do not show any sign of hospitality. When I received my room card, I asked in which room I was in and the receptionnist answered: « it’s written on your card ». The person also had an airpod while working which is very unprofessional. The next morning, we checked out and found out that there were no more coffee at the desk. The receptionnist went to fill up the jug but the person only filled it up for a cup and a half. There were 3 people waiting for coffee so he had to go for a second time to fill it up. The person also rolled his eyes when we ask to refill a second time. All of this while maintaining a slow and nonchalant state. The furniture of our ro was old and damaged visually.

Basic but not basic prices

Disliked: Parking situation very unclear and they charged me on the app and to my room. Outdated. Keys didn’t work. Cable went out

Disliked: Bar only opens at 5 pm and it was holiday season

Disliked: nobody ever answered my messages. I booked a two beds room and I did not get what I booked. We were three people sharing a bed.
