Four Points By Sheraton Philadelphia Airport

Room was a good size; clean but lamp did not work, clock was broken and toilet did not flush properly.

Liked: Room size was good.
Disliked: Several things in room did not work properly.

Disliked: I got to check in at 5pm but my room wasn’t ready until 10pm. Ridiculous!!!!

Won’t be staying at this...

Liked: I liked the complimentary shuttle to and from the airport
Disliked: The rooms weren’t clean that well and the only nice thing was the bar and restaurant.

Comfortable stopover at Philadelphia airport.

Liked: Room was good, bed was comfortable.Toilet could do with upgrading
Disliked: Improve offering of food in the bar. Upgrade bathrooms

Comfy but needs some work

Liked: Bed was big and comfortable. There wasn’t a lot of outside noise from staff or other people staying. Lots of towels and hand soap instead of bars of soap was nice. The makeup remover towelettes were nice too.
Disliked: The ceiling in the room was chipping and falling down. The air conditioner was SO LOUD and turned on and off all night. It shook the room when it would start back up. It woke my husband and I up all night. Breakfast is only 6-9 on weekends but they don’t tell you that unless you ask. There was no operational ice machine on our floor.

Ok stay

Liked: Location. Perfect for late night and early morning flights.
Disliked: The hotel rooms are worn down. Not the 4-5 star Sheraton that it used to be. The staff is not very friendly. We waited probably 5-8 minutes while an employee looked for a bandage for their daughter vs checking us in as paying customers. We checked in around 3 to find food containers outside one of the rooms across from us. It was there at 9 pm after returning from dinner and still there at 5:30 am the next day. The hallway smelled of old Taco Bell food.

Awful experience.

Liked: Cancelled one of our rooms. Told us three different stories as to why. After about calling booking.com and hotel they gave us another room. After check in our credit card was charged again the room. They claimed we had only paid for one room. We had to argue with them again so they would credit us the room. We still have the extra charge pending.
Disliked: See above.

Ok for an overnight stay

Liked: Good location for we took a red-eye and were getting the rental car the next day. The room had blackout screen for the window. The morning shuttle guy (5/16, was very nice and helpful with directions.
Disliked: One hour and 30 min to get from the airport pickup stop to the hotel. The room is very dated. Two people sitting in the hallway at the elevator (assuming they were night security; but the guy was asleep). We went to check out at 8:45 am and the front desk guy was asleep at the computer.
