Four Points By Sheraton Philadelphia Airport

Room was a good size; clean but lamp did not work, clock was broken and toilet did not flush properly.

Liked: Room size was good.
Disliked: Several things in room did not work properly.

Liked: The property has had some updates, but can still use more
Disliked: Service was slow. We were traveling with a large group of family and friends and we all received different room rates and some rates included park and fly pricing and others had to pay $24 per night for parking for the week. I was very upset with the booking process because I was told one thing on the phone when booking and got totally different information at check in. I will not be returning to this hotel.
