Great location

Liked: The hotel was close to the train station and the city center all were about a ten minute walk. Staff were so friendly and helpful I didn’t arrive till 2am and there was no problem checking in. Staff were very helpful

Liked: Really liked that on the confirmation email they directed us to nearby carpark options. Elder St CPP was right next door to the hotel entrance which was great. Bed was comfy.
Disliked: Room service breakfast was terrible, we ordered 2 breakfasts and 2 juices, took 3 trips to get our food as firstly juices were forgotten, then a whole meal. When forgotten meal finally arrived it was not what was ordered and was only 2 tiny pieces of inedible bread and bacon that was charcoal on one side and nearly raw on the other. Also this breakfast cost $50.

Excelent location for RAC Arena,...

Liked: Check in was smooth. We booked this hotel for easy access to RAC Arena.
Disliked: Beds were so uncomfortable, I got no sleep. Bar area insuffice for event nights. Lack of tables, wait times for drinks and food too long. Hotel should be better prepared for these busy nights.
