Liked: The room was extremely clean and tidy, the housekeepers did an outstanding job. Our stay was quiet and comfortable, we didn't hear a single noise during the day or night. The staff was very friendly and helpful, which is something very important to us. We will definitely be back!
Disliked: As a person with intolerance, I wish there were more dairy free options for breakfast.

Disliked: There is an uncomfortable smell near the gym, not much trouble though

Not too bad but bad...

Liked: The room was clean and neat, room service were very accommodating
Disliked: I didn’t not like the breakfast the varieties were so limited the stuff were not so helpful. What I found strange that if you want a special coffee there was an extra charge. The scrambled eggs were smelling bad. The pastries were so dry and old not fresh.

Liked: Clean rooms, well presented. Great pillows. Friendly greeting by staff and ice tea drink was a nice touch on arrival. Pink lemonade, on tap, from the bar. Generous breakfast options. Was really laid out well. Good job!
Disliked: Happy Hour! There wasn’t a lot to be happy about.. House wine and 1 tap beer on special? Not very exciting.
