Not great and not bad....

Liked: Breakfast was something I paid for extra and for 38 dollars I didn’t think it was good enough.
Disliked: When they brought room service, just the way the staff talked to you, it almost felt like they were looking down on you.

Great location.

Liked: Lovely staff, fantastic location. Great breakfast choices. Comfortable bed. Clean room and bathrooms.
Disliked: Aircon didn't work properly. Had to call the staff to do something in the basement. Room was warm when we entered n didn't really cool down at all. Other than that everything was great.

Very good all round,but staff...

Liked: `the whole experience was great,room good food yummy,bed was fantastic and it is right across the road from the Arena,1 minute to get back to the room after the show,Cyndi Lauper,
Disliked: liked it all,apart from the view across the roof,and kids running around screaming at 7 am
