Liked: Nothing worst hotel experience ever.
Disliked: The hotel over booked so multiple families showed up to check in and they had no rooms. There is little or no parking and After not having our rooms they sent us to basically a sketchy roach motel. We tried to check in earlier in the day and they said we couldn't. I will never book a room their again.

Liked: It was close to the concert venue we were going to. Front desk staff was very nice.
Disliked: It was a terrible value for the money. It was very expensive. However, the hallways and elevators were dirty. Our room smelled like ammonia. The bathroom had hair from previous guests. I expected a very clean upscale hotel, and that was not the case. I typically don't leave negative reviews but I was very frustrated with the cost versus what we got.

Liked: Easy to walk to after the concert

Liked: There was no breakfast included, staff were helpful, restaurant meals were good and handy. Parking was extra and about 1block away
Disliked: No breakfast included, a shuttle to convention center would have been good. Parking was separate charge.

Exceptional

Liked: The nightlife was nearby and the scenery was nice and closeby.
Disliked: No house keeping to clean the room the following day. But other than that it was a perfect stay and staff were nice and helpful.

Liked: Location was good but the rooms were dirty and full of bugs.
Disliked: When we arrived back at our room at 9:00pm we noticed bed bugs and other bugs all over the bed and pillows. We were able to change rooms. The second room seemed better after a deep inspection but didn’t sleep well with the previous concerns of the other room. No offer of a discount or really any concerns about it, except to change rooms. I had to throw away clothes and other items that were on the bed during the day after I checked in at 4pm with the fear of bringing bed bugs into my house. Would not stay there again.
