Lack of service in the...

Liked: The hotel wasn’t clean good and the smell in my room was horrible. The house keeper never came and clean. I had to go to the front desk to asked can someone please clean my room

I recommend Four Points by...

Liked: Staff was courteous, social, ready, and willing to help my stay be one of convenience.
Disliked: My room was veneer flooring which was no problem, other than the fact that it was extremely slippery from some sort of lubricant spill. ...Staff had to come up to my room and clean the floor.

Liked: Nothing worst hotel experience ever.
Disliked: The hotel over booked so multiple families showed up to check in and they had no rooms. There is little or no parking and After not having our rooms they sent us to basically a sketchy roach motel. We tried to check in earlier in the day and they said we couldn't. I will never book a room their again.
