My daughter and I stayed for 3 nights and it was a great hotel. Super clean with a modern design. The staff was great and extremely helpful. We asked for directions to the Penn Square Mall and the ladies at the front desk were so friendly. The rooms were clean and we loved the beds - all white linens so you knew they were clean, and they were also extremely comfortable. We used the exercise room and it was very nice. The breakfast options were good and the housekeeping was friendly. We would definitely stay again!

Liked: The room was very filthy dirty it looked like the sheets were not changed. They had stains all over them. It was so dark. You couldn’t see what was crawling around. I actually ended up leaving. I never stayed there. My reservation was booked for a week. I left immediately after walking in the room

Superb

Liked: The beds were super comfy and the front desk staff was friendly. The room was clean.
Disliked: Things were broken all over… the grout in the tile, the in room phone had no cord, to name a few. Just broken things.
