Liked: Very comfortable room and bed. Lovely gym and swimming pool on 22nd/23rd floors. Breakfast was a good spread too with hot and cold options. Rooms are large, have balconies and both a bath and shower. Staff all very friendly and helpful and multilingual. Overall very good.

Liked: Was very clean and comfy and the staff very nice
Disliked: It’s far from everything, no free parking and breakfast is very basic

Liked: Staff made a lot of effort; there were some rowdy guests or residents in the hotel (it is believed that the hotel is also rented out for longer periods); but the staff can't help it....
Disliked: The swimming pool and spa are nice but also with these guests who show little consideration for others and don't follow the house rules or pay attention to their manners at breakfast. This spoiled a very nice stay.....

Disliked: The rooms was very dirty and not maintained at all

Disliked: the window did not close tightly and the street noise was very audible
