Best Hotel and services in...

Liked: Excellent Customer Service From both Destin and Lindcey. They were very attentive to the guest needs and the,"small details matter. " Thank them so much. Yes I would recommend the Four Points By Sheraton Miami to everbody.
Disliked: No complaints at all.

First time to Miami

Liked: The hotel decor is nice. The rooms are huge with high ceilings. The bed was so comfortable. The breakfast was amazing. The staff was so helpful and nice. I will always look for a place like this to stay when I travel.
Disliked: I have not 1 complaint. I truly had a great experience here.

Liked: Staff was very friendly and cooperative. We arrived at 9 in the morning and they were able to find a room for us , so we could enter immediately.

Value for money

Liked: Location is perfect, breakfast is excellent, price is reasonable. Very friendly and helpful staff
Disliked: The building could use a touch-up. Maintenance is due. And the room isn't cleaned daily anymore
