Liked: A wonderful updated hotel in the charming Roma Norte neighborhood. There are delicious cafe's, restaurants, panaderias, taquerias, and artisan cocktails to be discovered in the surrounding blocks. It's a quick Uber ride to the Anthropology Museum or Chapultepec Castle and not far from the historic district. Our room was spacious and clean. Loved the rain showerhead. The entire staff was friendly and accommodating.Breakfast was tasty, many options from chilaquiles to pastries and fruit.
Disliked: The hotel is on a main street that got noisy on the weekend; this didn't keep us from falling asleep after our busy day. It would have been nice to have a small frig in the room.

Unbeatable location

Liked: Excellent location. Room was spotlessly clean - thank you house keeping staff! Compared to other hotels, rooms were fairly quiet.
Disliked: The room we booked didn’t have a window. We got moved but double check this when you book! Staff in the restaurant unwelcoming and unhelpful in the morning. Just standing chatting with each other.

Liked: Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice lobby area and bar area.
Disliked: Room was an interior room with no outside window, and room had a strong cleaning product odor. Most rooms did appear to have outside windows.
