Exceptional

Liked: Location was great free tram just a 30 second walk from lobby
Disliked: Car park was full due to a AFL game on had to park about 500meters from the hotel

Great hotel for family. Location...

Liked: Great location at Docklands next to trams & within the free tram zone. Close to shopping precinct & supermarket. Pool & gym area are great.
Disliked: Offsite parking was a bit of a hassle having to cart luggage through shopping centre.

Liked: For the price, this place was awesome. Great spot right outside a tram stop, and staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were nicely sized, comfortable, and well appointed with a lovely view on sunset.
Disliked: Wasn't the biggest selection at breakfast. Didn't bother us too much as we didn't pay extra for it, but we did just end up going out most days. Also, the aircon in the room was not super responsive. We found it a little stuffy/warm, which is unfortunate as we both prefer a cold room for sleeping.

Liked: The location was excellent.
Disliked: Cleanliness is not a thing. Very filthy shower walls and floors. I have emailed them as soon as we checked out to ensure my feedback reaches the management for action but they have never replied. They might not seem to care.
