Liked: friendly staff and very welcoming roon, I received bottle of sparkling wine and cake for birthday. it made me so special and will be always my first choice hotel to pick when I come back to city :)))

Liked: Very comfortable bed, desk was handy for using a laptop comfortably. Location was great, right near a shopping and entertainment precinct and close to city transport as well as the water view. Good buffet breakfast.
Disliked: Bathroom wasn't the most comfortable to use. Dusty areas in the room, very dusty skirting boards above the bed. Limited choices at buffet breakfast.

Liked: The strategic location to tram facilities and easy to go back and forth without missing my stop.Accessible to several malls and the river front viewThe staff were polite and ready to make amends for mistakes. Particularly enjoyed the fluffy bed and pillows
Disliked: No one to assist with luggage, The rooms were not always properly cleaned and I had to be requesting for amenities I was entitled to because the hotel because the hotel neglected to provide them, sometimes.
