Exceptional

Not bad for a short...

Liked: Modern with great location
Disliked: Staff were terrible. Stayed over Easter and they continually told us and others how busy they were. That’s great, but then don’t charge extra for staying at this time. Had to ask for housekeeping twice and both times we had to ring reception to get towels /cups etc replaced because they went missing with housekeeping??? The car park was about 500m away. Bit of a pain loading/unloading luggage.

Hotel close to transport, city...

Liked: Great location, close to transport, shopping and walking areas. Buffett breakfast was great, lots of options.
Disliked: A little cleanliness could do so much for the hotel. Corridords were dirty and it seemed they were not cleaned on the two nights we stayed. The bathrooms could be cleaner and also way too dark.The buffet breakfast was great, lots of options, again cleanliness could do a lot. Chairs were dirty and are made of fabric, perhaps they could of been made of leather and would be easier to wipe off. The benches were not wiped after use.
