Liked: The staff was very friendly. I had a doctor's appointment and asked to check in a couple of hours early because I had my elderly mom and my little granddaughter with me,it wasn't a problem at all.The hotel was very, very clean and it smelled great! Very comfortable beds and there were about 5 pillows on each bed,THANK YOU!!! I love to have at least 3 for myself
Disliked: I didn't like the fact that you have to purchase breakfast in the hotel restaurant.The toilet in our room was a little low.

Liked: My autistic child found a sex toy that was not ours and has it in her mouth. I want my money back.

Liked: I needed a place to stay with power due to my home electricity being out for four days. I use a CPAP machine. The issues were with the payment system. My card was repeatedly declined due to system errors. The food was subpar and overpriced. Other guests were loud and obnoxious at all hours. Pet noises and smells diminished my stay. Staff was friendly.
