Disliked: I couldn’t believe there was no complimentary breakfast at such an expensive hotel that has its own restaurant and cafe attached. Also our floor was under construction. The rugs were pulled up, the lights were bare bulbs, men were working on ladders and we had to navigate around them. That floor should have been closed.

Great except that restaurant closes...

Liked: Friendly staff, comfortable bed.
Disliked: Kitchen closes at 10 pm and our we were on a flight that landed after 10 pm.

Liked: I liked the location, very close to the airport, about 5 mins car ride.. I like the businesses around the area. Great affordable places for a meal. Like that there was a restaurant inside the hotel. I like the cleanliness of my room, impeccable.
Disliked: Uncivilized people checked in on the 2nd and 3rd floor, and it was a nightmare. They were treating their stay as if they lived there. Yelling, screaming, loud banging noises above the second floor. They had the door to their room open, so they were able to run back and forth from the 2nd and third floor. It was a little unsettling and scary. I was their with my 11-year-old daughter, and hearing that commotion was a bit scary. Because you can tell with people nowadays. Who knows what danger lurks when people with such behaviors are around. It would have been a better experience if that wasn't the case. Next time people like that should be asked to leave right away. Not worth the reputation of your business.
