Perfect

Incredibly kind staff and exceptional dining experience!

Liked: I stayed one night for my sons wrestling tournament and although staff was overwhelmed with the number of guests, everyone I interacted with was so kind and helpful. Cleaning staff, front desk, dining staff, and bar tender were all so nice!

Liked: Price and Location
Disliked: In room safe was locked and no one knew how to unlock it! Bathtub leaked onto the floor causing a very slippery hazard.

Liked: Your staff at the front desk was warm and friendly! We had been on a trip staying in a few hotels with varying experiences. Hotel employee made us feel welcome. He helped when we had an issue with the room and door keys. He made sure we were comfortable.
Disliked: The bathroom floor was not clean. There was a toenail on the floor when we arrived. It was kind of gross. We just wiped down the bathroom quickly. Everything else looked clean.

Due to the pet policy/fee we will choose other options in the future.

Liked: Staff were working so hard to keep up with the demand for breakfast. There was a very large school group staying overnight and they all hit the breakfast at the same time. I watched the staff seriously hustling trying to replenish the eggs, bacon and potatoes to keep everyone happy. Their hard work was noted.
Disliked: I was not advised beforehand that there was a $25 pet fee PER pet. We were on the road for 4 days in different hotels every night. This was the most run down of all the hotels. The pet area was dirty, the grass was overgrown, and the pet fee for that was outrageous. Just an FYI - the other hotels had reasonable flat rate fees of $12/night. $50 for a 12-hour stay was ridiculous. Also, we had to sign a pet policy that stated no pets on the 2nd or 3rd floors and then we were placed on the 2nd floor.
