Liked: For anyone taking an early morning flight from HSV, this hotel can't be beat. The elevator takes you directly to the airline ticket counters, then up to the gate area. Incredibly convenient, and a stress-free experience.
Disliked: The bathroom area was very tight, a sliding door or pocket door would be a great improvement.

I would stay here again!

Liked: The property is very convenient for early morning flights. The bed was very comfortable and the AC was wonderful (90+ outside). Most importantly, the staff was fantastic. The front desk clerks when I checked in and out were very friendly. Even the restaurant close to check in was great. The one waitress on duty was obviously working hard to keep up with the rush. She was fabulous.
Disliked: The bathroom was a little small but the hot water and water pressure made up for it.

Liked: The hotel is literally part of the airport. In two minutes you can be checking your bags in the morning and heading to security. It took me two minutes to get checked in the night before as the front desk staff is efficient and polite.
Disliked: The hotel room is a basic old school tiny bathroom room. The curtains don't pull closed..they are odd. The restaurant that is close to the hotel was odd as well, employees on their phones, messy bar, sterile feeling, expensive. It's the only place to eat pre security. Not what I was expecting when I booked the room.

Liked: Being able to go directly from the hotel to the airport. Also the hotel parking is within walking distance.
Disliked: Small bathroom
