Stay was good.
Disliked: My room was next to the laundry room and it was very loud. It sounded like someone was hitting the wall from the next room.

I enjoyed my stay at the 4points Sheraton San Francisco airport very much
Liked: I like the staff gave me a upgrade to the penthouse by level suite the first day I got there it worked out good for them cause I extend it for about a week and I kept getting the nice room
Disliked: They didnt have breakfast

Not a good experience with this Hotel! They charged TWICE for the reservation! Be aware!
Liked: Practical for a short quick stay, nothing more.
Disliked: Be aware of this Hotel! I made a reservation for my family (I didn't stay at this Hotel) and I PAID it through booking,com with my credit card. When my family arrived they asked for a $50 deposit and my mother had to give them her credit card. (They said is just a backup in case they need to charge due to damage). This hotel charged my mother the TOTALCOST of the reservation AGAIN and the receptionist knew the reservation was ALREADY PAID through booking.com. After ONE month they still haven't refunded my mother the cost of the reservation! I have sent messages to this hotel through booking,com and no answer. My husband called them and they said they will refund but they didn't! JUST BE AWARE, YOU BETTER BOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE!
