Wonderful stay.

Liked: Beautiful king room. Modern and clean. Large TV and comfortable bed. Restaurant bar downstairs.
Disliked: Worst pillows ever. Do yourself a favour and bring your own? So many review complaints about their pillows, but they don’t change them. They do look nice though. * Bar charged me $18 for a small sangria. Outrageous price*

Bad

Liked: I attempted to pay for the room with my Visa debit business bank card and provided my personal credit card for security purposes. However, they insisted that all charges be on a credit card, contrary to my usual practice at hotels worldwide, including at this location. They denied my request, so I left, and despite it being their error, they still charged me and refused to issue a refund.
Disliked: They should educate their front desk how to deal with customers
