We were so pleased at how clean the hotel was and for the most part, people were respectful and were quiet.

Liked: Very clean.
Disliked: Cold eggs in the morning.

Very friendy and helpful staff; rooms very clean. I would recommend this hotel and stay there again.

Disliked: Booked for 4 people but only 3 bath towels.

Perfect hotel for kids and...

Liked: Restaurant staff very friendly and welcoming to my grandson (5 yrs old). Beds were comfy. The lamb I had for dinner was perfectly prepared. Room was ready early which was great as I travelled from BC and got to check-in before I was scheduled to. Great kids meals.
Disliked: Can't think of anything that was not great. Balcony gave us the ability to spend some time outside. Pool was clean and great entertainment for my great grandson and granddaughter.

Disappointing

Liked: Did not eat at the buffet. $14 for a standard breakfast which would be free in some other hotels.The restaurant itself was very good.
Disliked: The hotel lobby, restaurant and pool looked nice and modern. That ended as soon as you stepped on the carpet leading to the rooms. There were multiple stains. The room are in need of serious updating. The tile in the bathroom looked old and had areas of mold. For a Sheraton Four Points it was very underwhelming. It was bare bones. It certainly did not reflect the price, aside from being in a convenient local to the parks that were an hour away.
