Four Points By Sheraton Hotel & Suites Calgary West

We were so pleased at how clean the hotel was and for the most part, people were respectful and were quiet.

Liked: Very clean.
Disliked: Cold eggs in the morning.

Very friendy and helpful staff; rooms very clean. I would recommend this hotel and stay there again.

Disliked: Booked for 4 people but only 3 bath towels.

Liked: I didn’t care much for the parking lot
Disliked: It felt dated and two things that I specifically didn’t like was having no clock in the room and the very thin blanket. It felt like I had a sheet then another sheet on top. It would feel more cozy to have a duvet

Lovely rooms with a balcony.

Liked: The location and staff were great. Was nice to have a pub downstairs.
Disliked: My bed was worn out and sagged in the middle, the bathroom was not clean.

Disliked: beds and pillows need to be upgraded, way too soft

Disliked: Finishing touches are a bit date. Breakfast buffet is a $12.99 per person but in any other hotel would be a complementary breakfast.
