We were so pleased at how clean the hotel was and for the most part, people were respectful and were quiet.

Liked: Very clean.
Disliked: Cold eggs in the morning.

Very friendy and helpful staff; rooms very clean. I would recommend this hotel and stay there again.

Disliked: Booked for 4 people but only 3 bath towels.

Disliked: My room was dirty! There was a blood stain on the bed skirt and some other dirt which looked like boogers! I didn’t notice it till my last night at 11 so no point in changing rooms when I was checking out so early and I have already slept in the bed. There was also some type of dirt all over the wall in the bathroom by the mirror. I have pictures that I showed to the check out clerk. Also, went to go sit in the hot tub and got as far as my feet as it was the dirtiest I have seen in a hotel. There were food floaties and a ton of hair and blood stains on the floor by the patio furniture in the pool area. Absolutely disgusting.

Liked: Clean, the stuff are so polite and friendly. The hotel location is amazing , very easy to catch the Banff and jasper main road and Edmonton road as well. I recommend very strongly.
