Liked: Next to the museum.
Disliked: Area around hotel felt empty and was mostly business buildings. Hidden expenses not in the booking fee (paid parking, breakfast not complementary).

Functional and comfortable

Liked: Price, parking and convenience and delicious hamburgers--
Disliked: Pool not working, location except for the museum across the street, there is little to see or do--

easy booking - easy check...

Liked: simple check in and out. clean room and basics provided. bed comfortable for sleeping.
Disliked: ...very minor - but odd....toilet paper rolls situated too close to you

Sheraton needs to allow hotel...

Liked: The staff was very kind & tried their best to make us comfortable given the situation (the rooms only had heating, no air conditioning, so we were melting… extremely uncomfortable to sleep & had to stay minimally inside our room. No air circulation whatsoever… kept our hotel room door wide open when we were in room).

The staff tried their best to make us comfortable and explained that the Sheraton didn’t give them the “ok” to turn on air, so they improvised with small fans. I don’t blame the staff, but the chain could do better.

Great but free parking should...

Liked: Everything was great, they are linked to the convention center so we don't need to go outside in the cold to get there, is a little bit of a walk but its ok. They have the system which allows you to login your Netflix,YouTube and Amazon Prime which is awesome!
Disliked: I didnt like the fact that they wanted to charge me for parking, given that I am a bonvoy member. They only give free parking for new Bonvoy members, which makes no sense as you will not reward the loyalty of current member as well??? In any case, I had to create a new account to get free parking which was a little bit of a hassle.
