Four Points by Sheraton Hamilton - Stoney Creek

Disliked: Breakfast.

Liked: Delicious fresh baked cookies were served at 1pm. The breakfast had lots of choice and was good (although very busy Sunday morning and had to wait for a seat). Good location right off the highway. Friendly staff. Lots of free parking.
Disliked: Our toilet was sluggish and then overflowed. We had originally called the desk at 4pm to tell them about the overflow. The girl at the front desk said she was the only staff member there, so no one could fix it. So we had to switch rooms at 10pm - not fun to pack everything up and move it again after a long day. We did not get any kind of reimbursement for this. In the second room, the tub surface was peeling everywhere so we could not have baths, and the sink drain was very slow.

Good

Liked: Like the location and price. People where friendly.
Disliked: Need better pillows.

Exceptional

Liked: The location was perfect, the breakfast was outstanding. We would definitely stay again.

Liked: The place was clean and quiet, close to transport and some shops within easy walking distance. The staff were great.
Disliked: The safe didn't work in the room we had.

Liked: I loved the deal I got on this hotel but the QUALITY! When we arrived, the front staff was so warm & friendly. Sahil went above and beyond and even gave us a free breakfast coupon! When we got up to our suite; not only was it clean, it was nice! Newer appliances, complimentary coffee and waters too!
Disliked: Human error happens! When we showed up to our suite - it was incredibly clean but when the sheets were pulled back; there was a dirty shoe print on the right side.. We didn't bother complaining as it looked like maybe the housekeeping stepped on the bed momentarily? I am sure if we said something - sheets wouldve been delivered asap. The area as well is more in an industrial area, and we noticed squatters trying to stay in the lobby.

We loved everything!

Liked: Very clean, modern room with good clean bed and hard comfy mattress. Complementary water provided twice, love that. Stuff was so nice and polite. Amazing restaurant on the first floor. Huge thanks to the morning staff at the restaurant, the lady was so friendly and with great sense of humour. High standard service. Will definitely come again!!!
Disliked: Tv screen was having funny blue shade. The mini fridge cabinet door hinge was broken.
