Four Points by Sheraton Hamilton - Stoney Creek

Disliked: Breakfast.

Liked: Delicious fresh baked cookies were served at 1pm. The breakfast had lots of choice and was good (although very busy Sunday morning and had to wait for a seat). Good location right off the highway. Friendly staff. Lots of free parking.
Disliked: Our toilet was sluggish and then overflowed. We had originally called the desk at 4pm to tell them about the overflow. The girl at the front desk said she was the only staff member there, so no one could fix it. So we had to switch rooms at 10pm - not fun to pack everything up and move it again after a long day. We did not get any kind of reimbursement for this. In the second room, the tub surface was peeling everywhere so we could not have baths, and the sink drain was very slow.

Disliked: The limited menu and prices in the dining room. I do not think i got value for money spent. My experience at dinner was good.The server did all he could to make my experience a good one..The bed linen felt stiff .

Disliked: Where should I start? We opened the fold out bed and there was just a mess underneath it. The shower wasn't clean, the sheets had hairs in them. On the first night we slept without any bedding and it took them 2-3 days to switch it.The cleaning service. Wow. All they do is clean the checked out rooms so by the end of the day they don't even get to your room. I asked reception 3 times for someone to come and they said the same stupid line "they are cleaning the checked out rooms first " they have no service after 4pm. They lock the hotel at 11pm for some reason. They offer coffee but close it after 4pm. The coffee machine in our room was not working well, there were Nats on our windows all week and no one cleaned them...the list goes on and on and on
