Four Points by Sheraton Hamilton - Stoney Creek

Disliked: Breakfast.

Liked: Delicious fresh baked cookies were served at 1pm. The breakfast had lots of choice and was good (although very busy Sunday morning and had to wait for a seat). Good location right off the highway. Friendly staff. Lots of free parking.
Disliked: Our toilet was sluggish and then overflowed. We had originally called the desk at 4pm to tell them about the overflow. The girl at the front desk said she was the only staff member there, so no one could fix it. So we had to switch rooms at 10pm - not fun to pack everything up and move it again after a long day. We did not get any kind of reimbursement for this. In the second room, the tub surface was peeling everywhere so we could not have baths, and the sink drain was very slow.

Liked: Nice people, clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Lost power about 8:30 pm. Never came back on until about 6:30 am. Said they would knock $30 off the bill, but never did.

Disliked: There was a power outage for over 12 hours, couldn’t sleep at night there was no AC. There was no power to warm up my babies milk to help them sleep. The pool stopped working for the last 2 days we were there. So we only got to use it one day. I’m still waiting to get a refund or a reply about this issue.

Disliked: We did not hace power at night. Without AC and the elevators did not work. Not even an apology or communication from the staff.
