Liked: The area was a good area, most of the staff were kind and detailed. It could be cleaner. There was stains by the trash, when we first came in and after the cleaning crew came by too but they were very kind. The only problem w the staff was that Felipe who delivered the food with room service was very rude, even my mom listened over the phone how he was rude and firm and loud. Also in check in the guy who checked us in didn't specify where the elevators were and he was very short with the check in and felt like he could have done better and bc of that we missed a lot of info and we got lost when we were dismissed with the check in. The price also given here even after the taxes is incorrect, they charged me about $80 more.but it was too late to do anything about it. He said it was extra fees and no it wasnt the taxes. Over all it was a nice stay. The view of the Mountains was beautiful and would stay again.
Disliked: The extra money we had to pay in fees not stated anywhere but when we got there. The rude staff member in room services, Felipe. That the person who checked us in was very short in the check in and I felt like he left out a lot of info. Also the cleaning crew didn't change the covers cause they were dirty from food I accidentally spilled and they just arranged the blanket differently but I noticed.

Liked: This hotel has been among my worst experiences since I signed up with booking.com. The hotel is classified at booking.com with 5 stars.Upon arrival, my wife and I noticed a remarkable absence of service, as well as notably aged installations. Asking for help, we were told this hotel to be a 3-star hotel. We reviewed the hotel room and confirmed that this hotel indeed does not comply by far with any 5-start rating. We talked to the hotel staff who were accommodating and allowed us to cancel our reservation with immediate effect. The reservation fee, a credit card block at the FULL AMOUNT of the planned stay was SUPPOSEDLY liberated. When the amount still appeared on my credit card around 30/31 March I asked for help with booking.com. A staff called the hotel and was told the same story, namely that the money has been liberated.The event in the hotel happened on 26 March. Today, 10 April, my credit card still shows the full amount for a hotel stay that NEVER HAPPENED.My bank insists that the amount has never been liberated. Legal steps against the hotel are under preparation. My recommendation: Stay away from this hotel!
