Four Points By Sheraton French Quarter

We had a great time. Had some amazing food and the night life can't be beaten.

Liked: Being right on Bourbon Street was great. Walking distance of just about everything we wanted to see.
Disliked: Just the usual smell of the area, but it's to be expected.

Disliked: My room was paid for but they still took a hundred dollars out my account. Still yet to see if I will get a refund.

Disliked: Upon entering into the room. I always check the bathroom and noticed it wasn’t properly clean. Good thing I had my cleaning spray.

Disliked: The hotel staff was not nice at all, I asked for a gluten-free meal, it was not available, I asked for a credit for the meal, they referred me to the website I booked with a cold attitude, I asked for a late check-out, it was not approved even though half of the hotel was empty
