Great start to my cruise....

Liked: Staff was very helpful with info regarding cruise terminal. Lady at breakfast had a good energy about her. Genuinely heloful and a great asset to your hotel.

Too much money for mediocre...

Liked: It was close to the airport and the cruise port.
Disliked: It took their shuttle 2 hours to pick us up. For the price we paid, a continental breakfast should have been included. We could hear the street noise and it kept us up at night.

Liked: Got to hotel at 3:30pm room wasn’t ready until 6pm . Unfortunately the street noise made it impossible to get any sleep. Staff was the best part very pleasant
