Better offerings for the area...

Liked: This hotel is one of the better, newer options in the area. Room layout is straightforward, good for solo/business travelers. Bathroom is new. Room is clean with soft mattress and ample pillows. Internet access in the room is decent enough for work. Front desk staffs are amicable. Housekeepers are really nice and look out for you. Food in the area is great (if you have time to check them out).
Disliked: The building suffers from the basic problems of recent commercial builds: less desirable location, downdraught effect on pedestrians with increment weather, most rooms street-facing, thin walls and doors, smaller-than-average rooms, HGTV-popular decors. If you really want a quiet hotel for recovering from jet legs, this is not it or you have to request for the rooms facing away from the street.

I enjoyed my stay, everything...

Liked: I didn't get breakfast but the location was a little sketchy at first but it got more comfortable day by day.
Disliked: The prices at the little cafe bar in the front office could have been less expensive. The housekeeping department didn't speak English.
