They need a chef!

Disliked: Terrible food. This was the second time I stayed due to vicinity to my engagements, but the food is really bad.

Liked: I stayed at this hotel half a dozen times at least never had a problem there then on 11/02/1023 they decided to close are room down at 11:57 so I won't down to the office and asked why I couldn't get into the room they said it's after 12 and you have to extend the room or we can't let you back in and I asked why they said cuz it's after 12 I said so your saying I can't go up and get ny stuff they said if you extend the stay yes I said I don't have the money to get it they said well then I don't know what we can do then they go into the room go through my bags found my vitamax powder I use and called the police the police came checked the stuff for cocaine any drug substances and then they went on to ban me for life there over some wight powder like first of all what are you doing going through my bags in the first place that's illegal there supposed to go in get there stuff out if they left any and call the person in that room not open there bags and go through them

Paid with pay pal in advance and on arrival they withdraw the same amount to your mastercad card

Disliked: Experience in this hotel lack of organization and fairness of the hotel The 4 night room had already been prepaid via PayPal in advance with booking for my daughter Greta on a business trip day 24 SETTEMBRE arrival at the front desk there were two girls who told me they would take 100 USD deposit from the credit card instead after a careful check they blocked me twice 955.83 x2 = 1911.66 USD they did not give me the pos receipt I checked my bank and I realize this of the block and charge of 955.83 USD I had already paid everything with PAY PAL with BOOKING I asked for an explanation several times the girls at the front desk told me that you need the manager to unlock the block of 1911.66 USD and undue charge of 955.83 already paid by pay pal with booking I checked out of the hotel on the morning of Sept. 27 and Sept. 29 and Mastercard informs me that they are still blocked I am traveling in USD for work you got me in trouble by blocking 2867.49 usd to book other hotels and rental cars etc you took away my autonomy of my travel this is not fair this. as of today October 3 still all blocked I have not gotten my card money back booking after calling many times has opened a file but struggling to contact hotels

Disliked: Rude girl at front desk. My paid for and reserved king room got bumped to a queen and I stillHad to pay for King price even after asking to be compensated for them bumping me down to Queen.

Horribly rude staff including manager who said only GM can adjust a price and then she made excuses for the front desk
