Exceptional

Liked: The hotel itself is beautiful, but we stayed for the hot tub, which was not working. Luckily, we had the whirlpool in our room, which is nice.
Disliked: The hot tub was out of service for sometime, then when it was working, the water was super cold. So we didn't use it.

Liked: Customer service was nice
Disliked: Our room was very basic, the big king bed was the best part although the pillows were terrible, so squishy I could have used more. I thought by paying over 200 for one night it would be really boogie and it just wasn't. I would be more comfortable paying 80 bucks less at a travelodge. Was not worth the money, only came for a work event and don't think I'll come back. Thanks for your time.
