Liked: Property was fine, rooms were okay.
Disliked: every staff member behind the desk that we spoke to was extremely unfriendly. Was here for a special surprise birthday and had let the hotel know and nothing was said about it to make the trip a little more special. The welcome we got was short, not a smile from anyone, and overall quite miserable behaviour.

Liked: Good location, very good breakfast and room clean 👌
Disliked: When having a bath the gel is attached to the wall and not easy to get to when your in your bath

Liked: Clean rooms and very lovely receptionist Raluca.
Disliked: The other receptionists (except the one that check me in - Miss Raluca) were rather uninterested. Thin hallway doors, hence noise.

Liked: The rooms were really nice and the location was just perfect. If you like to walk it is a nice walk to the grass Market. The staff always really helpful and friendly. The restaurant was really good.

Perfect Location

Liked: Property is super well placed location wise . Less than a 5min walk from the tram/train station - 30 mins to airport and 30min walk to old town centre and or a quick one stop over by train. Really quiet area as well .Super clean and had all you needed really . Let me drop my bags early , upgraded my room for free .
Disliked: The only down side was the water heat. It was not very warm but otherwise zero complaints
