Liked: I booked a small double bedroom for the night as we were going to the Johnie Walker experience for my husband’s birthday. I received an email telling me that we were going to be upgraded to one of the king size rooms as it was his birthday. When we got to our room there was a birthday card, balloons and a couple of cans of coke which was a very nice touch and made us both so happy. Staff were nice, the room was spotless and the location was ideal for what we needed it for. We would definitely stay here again

The dining room was excellent...

Liked: The hotel was very close to everything.
Disliked: Well the room was small but that was ok. If you are going for longer than one night, I would give it a miss. You have literally nowhere to put your clothes. A wardrobe but few hangers. My sister and I had booked in for 8 nights and we had no to keep opening and closing our suit cases. A little dresser would suffice. We had to use the ironing board to put things on. More of a business hotel not a long stay hotel.

Liked: Very nice hotel and good location close to haymarket Station and trams / bus stops.
Disliked: The rooms are comfortable but quite small.Also it's suggested to avoid room 104 and corresponding rooms (if applicable on other floors) we didn't stay in this room but as soon as you come out of the lift there is room 104, it's doorway is the lift entrance. We couldn't imagine staying in a room where there is a shared doorway in a very small /compact lift waiting area due to the footfall and noise from lift.
