Not enough towels; tiny room; pay to park. Would not stay again; not a good product for the price.

Disliked: We consider the breakfast price of $22/person exorbitant. The location was only so-so given its distance from the monorail at Seattle Center.

Liked: The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly.
Disliked: Had a double room with 2 beds and people and only got one towel.No refresh on towels and coffee. Had to go to the front desk and collect them myself.

Did not enjoy

Liked: I liked all the employee's we interacted with...they were all very nice and showed a lot of poise and patience during a difficult check in on 8/9/25. The location was great, and the bed was pretty comfortable.
Disliked: We couldn't check in at the check in time of 3pm due to being short staffed with housekeepers. It was obvious when we got into our room. We didn't have any wash cloths and towels in general were very minimal, the room looked barely put together. The room was also very musty...my husband and I both left the hotel room very congested, but cleared up once we left the room. We were given a complimentary breakfast for the late check in, but the breakfast was bad too :( Cold eggs, partially cooked potatoes, the sausage was terrible, but the bacon was good, lol. All in all, I love the location but for what I paid the a single night was pure robbery ( half the cost would be what I would value the stay at). I wouldn't stay here again or recommend this hotel at this time.
