Disliked: Clogged sink and tub, but they fixed it. Also, you get room service every other day. For this price that is poor that I have to request service.....this is my luxurious vacation on the beach. I don't want to feel it's a hassle to ask for coffee and to make the bed.

Liked: The grounds were beautiful and the convenience of where the amenities were situated in comparison to the rooms was nice. I really enjoyed the beach bar and the private beach entrance. The breakfast was delicious. The coffee set up was nice.
Disliked: The garden pool was consistently dirty. There was hair and trash (not leaves or dirt, but garbage trash) floating in it. So much so that I was too turned off to swim in it. The pool near the beach entrance was very nice and well kept, but there were only two umbrellas. I booked my room through Booking.com which stated the breakfast was included in the cost of the room, but it wasn't. There was an extra charge of $20 per person for breakfast. The main entrance doors to the hotel rooms wouldn't close all the way, so was never locked. It didn't feel very safe. The rooms were cleanish, but very dated.

This hotel is exceeding expectations.

Liked: The tiki bar and grill restaurant were actually really great. The beds were ultra comfortable - worth mentioning first. The beach was incredibly beautiful and much easier to access from the hotel than previously thought. Refrigerator and microwave in room was a surprise. Super awesome cold a/c in the room the whole time without fail. The hotel is much better in person than pictures show. They have 2 bars, a restaurant which is very good, and a pizza restaurant on site. They cleaned my room to perfection and changed my bed on day 2. My bed was so oddly clean and perfect the top sheet seemed starched Wow! 4 pillows per bed! Hot shower. Room has a balcony with a small table and chairs which I enjoyed, and nice flatscreen tv mounted on the wall. Lush landscaping all around, and palm trees. Plenty of private parking everywhere. They give you a pass upon arrival. Simple check in and check out. No hassle. 10/10
Disliked: Loud music at 12:30AM and again 5:30AM first night only. No security on site to check them. Oh well. I had to reconnect the leaking disconnected bathroom sink drain myself upon arrival?, (not that they wouldn’t have). Toilet took 3-5 flushes to work. Surprise fee: They randomly charge you $25 per day extra, but credit you $25 at the restaurants/bar. But I definitely used the bar, restaurant and pizza, so it was cool. The tv had an odd audio delay for when the actor’s mouths were moving the entire time. Also It’s actually more of a 2 story motel if you don’t book an oceanfront room.
