Four Points by Sheraton Dallas Arlington Entertainment District

Took a lot of complaints...

Liked: Noisy room.
Disliked: Adjoining room with a door.

Liked: Close to Globe Life stadium.
Disliked: Breakfast not included.

Liked: The staff members were very kind. We appreciated their promptness in helping us. Linda Nguyen went above and beyond to help us print something for our nephew's graduation.
Disliked: The room was a little small but we made due.

Disappointing

Liked: It was a nice room. I Like the space between the sofa bed and the bedroom with 2 tv's the amenities was good.
Disliked: The wall plug in beside the bed didnt work right i tried to charge my phone and it wouldn't right unless I held the plug in a certain way. I had to plug it in across the room. The bathroom only had 1 rag and 2 towels for 3 people to bath with. The pull out bed had stains all.over it with no sheets.

Liked: The location to where we needed to be was great.
Disliked: The staff (Linda) was rude. Wouldn't accommodate my early arrival or at least give me a time frame that could work since I was flying in. Linda decided to eat in the dining area and invite multiple friends to the dining area. To see a guest a at least acknowledge to say she was on lunch, would have sufficed. but that was not done. Linda grudgingly spoke to guest. Leaning all on the desk and slouching with no professionalism. This just overall a bad experience including front desk agent, Linda.

Disliked: They had king beds available and let me book it. Drove way over here for them to tell me there are no king beds.
