Great location, nice facilities, rooms...

Liked: Location, breakfast Buffett was very good, parking was easy, bathroom clean.
Disliked: The rooms need an upgrade. Bathrooms were nice and clean. Carpet looks like it hasn’t been steam cleaned in a decade or more and probably needs to be replaced. The tile in rooms also looks like it’s due for a deep cleaning. Mattress had caved in areas from use, probably also time to replace the mattresses.

It served its purpose but...

Liked: Close to the university we were visiting,
Disliked: Online the hotel advertises a lunch menu but the bar didn’t reopen for food or tea until 5pm. Room could have done with a kettle. It had a microwave but didn’t fancy nuking water in a poly cup to make a tea! Lack of tv channels was an issue when we had rainy weather for 24 hours

BEST hotel breakfast I've had...

Liked: Booked three rooms for our two day family vacation in Miami. We requested for the rooms to be near each other and they were able to do it which was great! The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The hotel at night was quiet allowing us to get great sleep. One of the rooms had a pool view which was nice and the other was a corner unit which brought in a lot of light. The restaurant had decent pricing and the food was pretty good. I would have to say, this hotel had one of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever had in the USA. Lots of variety from bacon cooked to perfection, fruit, peanut butter toasts with fruits on top, waffles, potatoes, scrambled eggs and more. The gave us free water bottles in the rooms and free cookies at reception. You can park your car in their garage for $20 a day, which is pretty pricy (and super small garage) but what isn't in Miami. We hanged out at the pool at night and found it relaxing - they do provide towels at the pool.
Disliked: The restaurant takes pretty long to make food so order in advanced.
