Unfriendly staff ,they don't know...

Liked: Location is the only thing we like.
Disliked: The staff are not do what they supposed to do ,while the breakfast was included withe price we pay they charged us for breakfast, even I show her the confirmation they said it didn't show them in their end .we had told that third party that is Booking. Com problem.

Disliked: They do not advertise a parking fee as it’s an open lot but have taped it off to charge parking fees. They claim to charge $10 but then charged me $50.
