Bathtub was absolutely disgusting; good thing we were only there for a night; bed was extremely hard; everything else was fine.

Bad experience, I will not...

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: The housekeeping services of the rooms is very bad. the manager of the place does not manage the place well. They say that they clean the rooms, and when I informed them, they do not believe that they didn’t not clean, and they refuse to open the cameras to find out the truth about the lack of cleaning. Sheraton group should investigate about the poor management of the place. Due to poor service, I needed to request towels, tissues, water and coffee from the reception most days. . Breakfast is bad. Parking is crowded due to some events at the hotel. Breakfast is very bad, not worth wasting your money.
