Liked: The room I booked was advertised as a king with sofa bed. That is 100% inaccurate. The king rooms do not have this amenity. Booking.com needs to obtain updated info. The stay was quick, but at times, my team and families felt very unwelcome. We seemed to be a bother rather than a customer. Second stay at this facility and the first was year ago was a much more pleasant experience.

Check the mattresses!

Disliked: Mattresses were appalling. These aren't just old. They are horrific. We were moved to another room and those were bad too. We decided to stay elsewhere.
