Disliked: Thank you for doing business with your hotel. In the last 30 days I’ve stayed here twice , Robert Kanku and Noe kayumba also.Unfortunately, I’m unimpressed by the services offered at this location.The first time the customer service/front desk was unprofessional, impatient, and verbally aggressive with me; I assume because someone else did the reservation on my behalf and there was some confusion and let it go.This most recent time I arrived two hours late due to the poor weather condition. I did call prior to my arrival to inform them of my delay.Regardless, I wasted 15 minutes at the front desk because there was only one person, and then an additional 20 minutes outside wondering for parking going to the back before to being sent underground.To worsen things, I was given a dirty room (number 406). The bed was unmade and the door wide opened so I decided to come down wait for my turn in order to request another room.The front desk apologized and said there was a technician fixing the AC and was able to find me another room (number 629).As a regular customer, I asked for some sort of compensation for my inconveniences, as these last 2 experiences will be taken into account for any future reviews or visits.Thank you for your time.

Disliked: Firstly, the room we were given did not have a phone to contact the front desk, and they were unaware of this issue. Secondly, the air conditioning did not work properly; it barely cooled the room. Lastly, the bed sheets had mold on them and the ice machine in my floor didn’t work.
