It was overall good
Disliked: The first refrigerator we had froze everything no matter what level we used. The second refrigerator did not work and smelled awful

I was unable to stay...
Disliked: The floors were dirty and there was strong smells of smoke (tobacco and other substances) in the corridors.The staff were all clearly over worked and stressed.

Four Points Buffalo Grove
Liked: Room was clean. Pool was nice.
Disliked: Several exterior door key readers didn't work. Front desk attendant that checked me in was very unprofessional. Could not use computer or printer available for guests because staff didn't know the password. WiFi was out for entire duration of stay, though that seemed like a fluke and not really holding that against them. TV was outdated, couldn't cast or stream anything.

Would never stay here again...
Liked: The breakfast was okay, but what they don't tell you is that you need to pay "gratuity" to the guy who brings you juice.
Disliked: When I arrived, after flying overnight with no sleep, they could not find record of my payment through Booking.com. I provided them proof and they assured me that everything would be fine. Upon checking out, I discovered I had been charged again by Four Points, and I now have paid double for this room and have not received a refund yet -- despite opening a claim with Booking.com and leaving a message for the General Manager at the Buffalo Grove Four Points. I feel like I am receiving no customer service and nobody is helping me resolve this. I have not received a message back from Four Points and no refund.
