Had a great time and...

Liked: A bonus we could use the facilities next hotel, Location was very central and we walked to most places around town.
Disliked: no catering

Better accommodation is nearby for...

Liked: Location is good. No noise from construction of the Cross River Rail project - that was excellent. Staff were super nice and helpful. Room service food was excellent.
Disliked: It’s a bit shabby. Limited luxury. No robe - but I called and got one - an old one. It was cold - like the heating wasn’t working properly. I called and got a blanket - an old one.

Liked: The breakfast was exceptional! Great location.
Disliked: We had to wait for so long to check in and check out as there were so many people in front of the counter and only 2 hotel staff handling everything. For some reason, the hotel refused to send me the receipt when I checked out, and still, after 5 days, they haven't sent me anything!
