Four Points by Sheraton Brisbane

Disappointing

Liked: Food and service was fantastic. Staff were very polite and conducted themselves professionally. Breakfast service was great variety and quality.
Disliked: Shower was luke warm, even on hottest setting. A/C ducts were filled with so much dust, fell into shower. Very disgusting. Rooms are very small for price range.

It was what it needed...

Liked: Convenient location. Clean facilities. I liked the little conveniences left in the room like the slippers (very useful as I had blisters on my feet after a long day at work) and the tooth brush. It was nice not to have to ask for them.
Disliked: It was expensive but I suppose most things are expensive these days. The foyer is not that pretty but I'd rather a less fancy foyer and a more economical price than a fancy foyer and even more expensive rooms.

Liked: Location.
Disliked: Hotel was very sub par for the price, more like a ibis style. Valet was double charged. The check in process was a night mare no room for People checking in. Only 2 kiosks open.

Amazing stay. Would go back...

Liked: Excellent staff and facilities. It was awesome to easily use the pool, gym and bar from Westin hotel just next to Four Points. Excellent breakfast with a range of options to attend all tastes. Room very comfortable. Excellent location, very near the CBD and train station.
Disliked: The way the bathroom doors are set up does not allow much privacy but that was not an issue for us.

Evverytihng I needed

Liked: Exceptionally clean. Good location for convention center.Comfy beds. Easy to go for a run along the brown snake. Close access to all the good shopping centers and a easy walk to most attractions
Disliked: The gym could have been better equipped but there was access to the Westins' next door gym.There was no view from the room, over looked other apartments , but that can't be helped.I would have appreciated a nespresso machine, but not a deal breaker because of the price and there was a barrister down stairs selling reasonably priced good coffee.

Great location!

Liked: The friendly staff allowed us to check in early after a long flight.Very good location near shops and restaurants, about a 10 minute walk to the central train station.
Disliked: I don’t like glass bathrooms even tho the glass was opaque.
