Four Points by Sheraton Brisbane

Liked: The hotel was average we had to go next door to use the facilities in that hotel
Disliked: As above it was very average if I had known the hotel was basically a small room . That didn’t have any facilities I would have booked where I normally stay in Brisbane at the Amora hotel which actually was cheaper. I organise to stay there as a farewell treat for very good friends as they were leaving Australia we actually had 3 rooms there . Also I don’t know why it takes 5 business days to get my holding deposit back ???? This has always gone back to my card immediately . Very below par for the price

Liked: Great staff, very polite, helpful and friendly. Excellent rooms and facilities. Good location. They even supplied us with umbrellas when we had a rainy walk to make.

Fabulous Stay

Liked: It a was modern clean all the staff were friendly they let me store my bag so I could explore Brisbane while I was waiting for my 3pm check in I was offered a free coffee as it was cold and rainy outside. They texted me when my room was ready which was an hour early before the stated 3 pm check in time I was so impressed from the check in staff to the hospitality staff in the breakfast buffet restaurant they could not of been nicer I will stay here again next time I’m in Brisbane thank you
