Hotel was fine- disappointed by...

Disliked: I still haven’t received my refund for the damage deposit and it’s been a month. This is the only hotel I’ve stayed at that charges and refunds rather than just holds a pre-authorisation. I shouldn’t have to chase this up

A comfortable bed and clean...

Liked: The room was clean and the bed very comfortable.
Disliked: I booked this accommodation specifically for the pool. However, this "hotel" does not have a pool, but provides access to the pool next door (a bit of a walk) at the Westin. You have to leave the building and walk along a busy street to access another building. This property should state this fact and I felt misled. I would not stay here again because of this. Also, the "hotel" was a bit soulless and the empty bar only sold beer.
